Gifted students may excel in certain disciplines, but how do we differentiate their learning to address OTHER academic areas as well as their social and emotional needs? What about precocious pupils who haven't been identified as gifted but still need something extra, too? What are the best strategies for meeting the unique needs of talented, high ability, or high potential individuals? How might we mitigate mismatches between their academic needs and the pace and depth of our curriculum? Join us and explore these and other quarrelsome questions in a mirthful medley of cognitive science, research, tools, resources, and pedagogical practices.
