iGen: Today's Tech-Savvy Students

Meet iGen. This mobile-first generation occupies classrooms from kindergarten to twelfth grade and appears to live equally in the digital world as in the real one. In this session, we will investigate the identity, trends, and preferences of the iGeneration as well as discuss the effect technology has had on students. Participants will identify ways in which technology can support student growth and develop strategies for student engagement and academic success.
